Thanks!  I wanted to head to the Columbia Gorge but they were calling for rain.  Palouse Falls sounded like a good alternative.

Both time I have been there marmots have been running around.  The only other place I have seen them in Washington is at Mt. Rainier.

We are having an unusually warm winter in Washington State.  I'm sure it skipped hibernation this year with it being about 55 degrees outside lately.

Meh it's okay. I used to live in Tecate, Mexico tho. It got up to 104 degrees during the summer. TOO MUCH!

I actually had no intention of taking it's photo, but it seemed content just sitting there watching me.  Since it didn't want to move I thought I would capitalize on the moment.
